Referral Policy

Dr. Wade, Dr. Hess, and Dr. Strobel, and Dr. Harris collaborate closely with veterinarians across the Greater Buffalo area to provide expert care for pets requiring specialized medical and surgical attention. We ensure your primary veterinarian is kept informed about your pet’s condition and progress throughout treatment.

If your pet has been referred to us by your regular veterinarian, please note that—out of respect for this professional relationship—we are unable to provide care for your other pets. We also ask that you continue your pet’s routine care with your referring veterinarian.

To help us provide the best care, we kindly request referral information from your veterinarian prior to your appointment. Additionally, New Patient History Forms and our Financial Policy must be completed before your visit - they will be automatically sent to your email on file. You may fill it out in advance and submit, or plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete it in our office.
